Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to our interdisciplinary team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patients' physical impairments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical impairments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with facility guidelines
  • Supervise and train therapy students and support personnel
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Licensed as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic skills in math and computer science
  • Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations
  • Attention to detail
