Dental Care of Round Lake Beach is seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to the delivery of exceptional dental care.

Requirements:

  • A current dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation.
  • CPR certification and a strong commitment to patient safety and well-being.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • A desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
