Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide services for school-age students in the Federal Way, WA area.
Key Responsibilities- Provide speech therapy services for students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress and communicate with stakeholders
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
- Active or pending state SLP license
- ASHA certification preferred
- Previous school experience preferred, but not required
- Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
