Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Cardiac Nurse Extern PRN to join our team at Sky Ridge Medical Center. As a Cardiac Nurse Extern PRN, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiac team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to cardiac patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in cardiac education and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled and in good standing in an accredited RN school of nursing.
- Foundations/Fundamentals course completed.
