Job Description

The General Labor position at Rastelli Bros involves manually packing fresh and frozen products while tracking quantity to meet orders corresponding with orders. The ideal candidate will be able to visually inspect products for quality and understand the finished product.

The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing an RF Scanner, following standard operation procedures, company policies, and provincial and federal safety guidelines. Other duties may include participating in training and cross-training, helping co-workers as needed, and improving products and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with medium mixed manufacturing environment experience. A High School Diploma is preferred but not required. The job requires workers to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cold and wet environment.

Work Schedule

The facility operates 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. Shifts include 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and 3:45 pm to 12:15 am. The estimated salary for this position is $18-22 per hour, depending on experience.
