Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional guest experiences and high-quality food
- Source, select, and grow great team members to support our business goals
- Create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards
- Grow sales and meet or exceed budgeted financial targets
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Minimum 2 years experience in a full-service, casual restaurant management position
- Minimum 21 years or older
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
