The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents.

As a Nursing Assistant, you will serve as a caregiver to our residents, providing daily living assistance and resident-centered nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, toileting, and grooming
  • Providing psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned residents
  • Assisting with meals and snacks, and providing water and supplements as needed
  • Collecting non-invasive body fluid specimens and gathering vital signs
  • Providing housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational

We are looking for a team member who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of our residents.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or be certified within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement.
