Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Process Specialist plays a crucial role in evaluating and enhancing current manufacturing operations while establishing and documenting optimal practices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and uphold the manufacturing process standards for all components.
2. Ensure timely documentation and adherence to project schedules.
3. Investigate new materials and methodologies to enhance quality, efficiency, and reliability.
4. Analyze historical and current data to support budget preparation.
5. Provide training for machine operators and supervisory staff.
6. Conduct significant troubleshooting of processes.
7. Collaborate with team members and external contractors to plan and execute capital improvement initiatives.
8. Oversee all modifications to processes and methods.
9. Educate production personnel on the use of specialized testing equipment.
10. Assist the Engineering Manager in overseeing departmental activities.
11. Lead and motivate the team operating in the Tool Crib.
12. Validate and implement narrow parameters for optimal processing.
13. Review production and operational records to resolve technical processing challenges.
14. Adhere to established action plans for processes that deviate from standards.
15. Specify project management requirements and approval for new equipment.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory. Proven experience in time studies and work analysis is essential. Candidates should demonstrate business ethics and integrity, along with proficiency in MS Office. Strong problem-solving skills for operational challenges are required, as well as organizational abilities for scheduling and inventory management. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and excellent analytical and interpersonal skills are also necessary.
