Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Carolina Rehabilitation Specialists.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric occupational therapy, with experience working with children and their families. About the Role

This part-time position offers the opportunity to choose flexible scheduling, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to children and their families
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of OTs, SLPs, PTs, psychology, and behavioral health clinicians
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs
Requirements
  • Licensed as an occupational therapist in North Carolina
  • Experience with feeding and sensory integration interventions preferred
  • 2+ years of experience preferred (strong pediatric OT candidates with less experience will be considered)
  • Accuracy and efficiency with documentation
  • Bilingual skills a plus
