Position Details

The role of our Culinary Service Associate includes:

  • Assisting in the organization and preparation of the kitchen space.
  • Preparing a variety of dishes, including main courses, desserts, and snacks, while ensuring all ingredients are cleaned and prepped appropriately.
  • Plating meals according to the chef manager's specifications.
  • Serving meals and snacks as required.
  • Collaborating with the chef manager to fulfill orders accurately and punctually.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, service areas, and all cooking utensils, including proper storage of equipment at the end of shifts.
  • Washing and organizing dishes post-service.
  • Managing waste disposal, including compost and trash.
  • Upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene throughout kitchen operations.
