Hotel Specialist Apprenticeship

Sapphire Solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hotel Specialist apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and develop valuable skills in customer service, food and beverage service, and hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Participate in hotel operations, including front desk duties, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Develop skills in conflict resolution, communication, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 17
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
