Position Summary:
TEEMA Group Solutions is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to enhance our innovative IT department. This role involves spearheading and implementing IT initiatives while acting as a third-tier support resource for complex issues escalated from Systems Administrators and Engineers. This is a prime opportunity for an experienced IT professional to engage with diverse hardware and software, continually refining your technical abilities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 12 years of cumulative experience in IT Administration and Engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge or certification in Windows, Linux, or VMware technologies.
  • Expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation processes.
  • Experience with Jira Service Desk management and automation, Ansible Automation, Intune and SCCM management, and JAMF management.
  • Ability to configure Load Balancers and manage Microsoft 365 setups and software deployments.
  • Strong diagnostic skills in Windows, Linux, and VMware environments.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, SC-900, AZ-500, AZ-900, RHCSA, RHCSE, VCP, Network+, CCNA, Security+, or ITIL are highly regarded.

Work Schedule:
This role includes a rotating on-call schedule, sharing responsibilities with fellow system administrators and engineers.
