Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • Clinical rotations with diverse age groups in respiratory care.
  • Experience in an acute care setting, with a minimum of one age group.
  • At least one year of clinical experience as a practicing Respiratory Care Professional.

Preferred Experience:

  • Three years of clinical and diagnostic experience in an acute care hospital.

Educational Background:

  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Education Program.
  • Preferred: Associate's degree from an advanced level education program.

Training Requirements:

  • Age-specific training across multiple populations.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in basic computer skills, arterial puncture, mechanical ventilation, and critical thinking.
  • Strong communication abilities and HCP-BCLS certification.

Licensure and Certifications:

  • Required: NH RCP License, RRT, AHA BLS.
  • Preferred: NRP, ACLS, CPFT, PALS, RPFT.
