Job Opportunity

AvaMed Workforce is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a correctional facility in Lancaster, CA.

Job Details:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
  • $80/hour ($3,200/week)
  • Independent Contractor

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide physical therapy services to patients at the correctional facility
  2. Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans
  3. Communicate with medical personnel and patients
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation
  5. Be available for telephone consultation while on duty

Requirements:

  • California State Board of Physical Therapy license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
