Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance, safety tests, and calibration on medical equipment.
  • Provide equipment repair services throughout the responsible area.
  • Prioritize workload effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Complete necessary record keeping for work orders received and/or finished.
  • Solve organization-level customer service issues and complaints with minimal supervision.
  • Assist in ordering parts and supplies necessary for equipment servicing.
  • Perform cross-training to other technicians on acquired skills.
  • Effectively communicate and partner with teammates and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering, or related field, equivalent military education, graduate of technical program, or equivalent training validated through training certificates, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience servicing technical equipment.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • CBET preferred.
