Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Body Repair Specialist to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble vehicles to assess damage and prepare repair plans
  • Identify and repair damaged body parts, ensuring quality and safety standards
  • Operate various tools and equipment, including welders and sanders
  • Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Perform other related duties, including washing cars and cleaning the shop

Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Personable and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills
  • Well-groomed appearance

Working Conditions:

The position is based in a normal shop environment with occasional physical activity, exposure to chemicals and high noise levels. Protective equipment is required when necessary. Visual acuity is required to determine the accuracy and thoroughness of work assigned.
