Job Title: Production Associate - Sensor Assembly Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join our team in the assembly of sensors from pre-fabricated materials. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in electronics or small parts assembly, and will be responsible for following written work instructions to build individual components. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work with precision.

About the Role
  • Read and follow work instructions on an iPad
  • Perform mechanical assembly of product shells
  • Conduct box builds and wire bonding
  • Handle packaging of finished products
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly
  • Proficiency in wiring, soldering, and using hand tools
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics
  • Skilled in electronic assembly and inspection
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in small parts assembly
  • Verified good attendance and reliability
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to follow work instructions
  • Willingness to work overtime (total 50-55 hours per week when needed)

Work Environment

The work schedule includes shifts from Monday to Thursday 6am to 4:30pm, Friday 6am to 2:30pm, and Saturday 6am to 11am when needed. Our facility is an open, line-based production environment that is calm, quiet, and very clean, with plenty of space for everyone.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.00 per hour. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental & vision, life insurance, health advocacy, and employee assistance programs, as well as a 401(k) plan and employee discounts. We also provide transportation benefits and time off/leave (PTO, vacation or sick leave).
