Multifamily Painter

We are seeking a skilled Multifamily Painter to join our team at Tonti. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of our apartment communities look their best.

• Prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for painting with attention to detail.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers to achieve a flawless finish.
• Mix and match colors to meet design specifications and ensure a cohesive look.
• Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment to ensure they are always ready for the next project.
• Ensure all surfaces are properly covered and protected while painting.
• Assist with make-ready duties as needed.

• Experience as a Painter is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of various paints, finishes, and drywall materials to achieve the best results.
• Proficiency in preparing surfaces for painting and familiarity with the necessary tools and equipment.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong ability to complete projects on time.
