Job Summary

As a Project Manager - Demolition and Abatement with Clean Harbors, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing activities concerned with demolition and abatement projects. You will work closely with project foremen to track submittals, manage costing changes, and maintain project scheduling and subcontract coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with demolition and abatement projects
  • Assist project foremen with tracking submittals, costing changes, and project scheduling
  • Manage subcontract coordination and communication with owners and subcontractors
  • Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings
  • Requisition supplies and materials to complete project
  • Approve subcontractor invoices and purchase orders
  • Formulate reports concerning work in progress, costs, and scheduling
  • Work with labor superintendent to assign workers to job sites
  • Effectively communicate project information to superiors, clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies

Requirements
  • 5 years minimum experience in estimating and managing projects ranging from $50,000 to $1M+ in revenue
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Current AHEARA Certification preferred
