Responsibilities

  • Provide expert physical therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting independence, mobility, and overall well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress, updating treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, applicants must possess:

  • A current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle.
