Maternity Nurse

As a Registered Nurse on our Maternity team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our mission to transform the healthcare experience.

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient-centered care in collaboration with other healthcare providers.
• Act as a patient advocate for safe care delivery, including delegation of care and participation in performance improvement activities.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient satisfaction.

• Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN, ACEN, or CCNE).
• Bachelor of Science in nursing preferred (must be completed within 5 years of hire).
• ACLS, NRP, PALS certification as determined by unit scope of practice.

• Experience in labor and delivery or maternity care.
• Ability to work part-time night shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
