Salary & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of up to $7,500, plus a sign-on bonus of $7,500. Additionally, you'll receive a relocation bonus of up to $2,500, quarterly bonuses, health, dental, and vision benefits, HSA options, and term life insurance.
Job DescriptionAs a Physical Therapist at JAG, you'll be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses to develop effective treatment plans aimed at healing and improving functional independence. This role requires discretion, strong clinical decision-making skills, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Collects and records patient care data that follows format and guidelines of the patient care service, regulatory agencies, and third-party payers.
- Prepares for evaluation in accordance with department policies/procedures and standards of practice, including obtaining patient history, exhibiting knowledge of patient diagnoses, and researching unfamiliar diagnoses.
- Selects and administers tests and measures.
- Synthesizes evaluation results to formulate the diagnosis, goals, prognosis, and plan of care.
- Establishes treatment plan based on evaluation results, goals, and best practice, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and patient support systems.
To succeed as a Physical Therapist at JAG, you'll need a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably a Doctorate degree. You must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state where you'll be practicing and have completed all required CEU courses. Experience with EMR software is preferred, but not necessary.
