Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond appropriately to customer issues.
  • Restaurant Operations: Perform quick service restaurant duties at multiple workstations, including the front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, and expediter.
  • Cash Handling: Operate cash registers or point of sale devices, as needed, and use value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities.
  • Food Preparation: Verify the accuracy of fast food guests' orders, prepare and package food and drink products, and maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen areas, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils, as well as the dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
  • Teamwork: Work with others to achieve team goals, respond to guests' needs in a professional and polite manner, and communicate in a positive manner with customers, peers, and managers.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous fast food / quick service restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we will train.
  • Customer Service Skills: Effective customer service skills and a willingness to accomplish all quick service restaurant tasks.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, with an upbeat and positive attitude, and great ability to work within a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift, lift 30 to 50 pounds, and use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
