About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at ASNOA Services, LLC. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager and internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and plans.
  • Assist in identifying marketing trends and opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Learn and work with various software tools for digital marketing, including content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks and data analysis.
  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Present marketing campaigns and results to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of design tools, such as Canva or Adobe.
  • Basic knowledge of social media management tools and content management software.
