- Care Coordination: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferred.
- Certifications: BLS required, RN License in state of employment or compact.
- Additional Requirements: Current AWHONN Intermediate Instructor led EFM course at time of hire for experienced RNs or within 6 months of hire for new graduate nurses and maintain AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced EFM course certification thereafter.
