Substitute Teacher Position at Guidepost Montessori

Are you passionate about working with children and interested in becoming a Substitute Teacher at Guidepost Montessori? This role offers the opportunity to support Montessori classrooms on an on-call basis. No prior Montessori training required, as we provide training during orientation and on-boarding.

This flexible position pays $17-23 per hour and involves stepping in when full-time teachers are unavailable due to illness or vacations. Many of our substitutes go on to secure Assistant Teacher roles within our school.

Minimum qualifications include a negative TB test, experience with young children, and strong interpersonal skills. If you have a warm and friendly demeanor, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:
