About the Position:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Painter to join our team at ACTS Retirement-Life Communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine to complex surface preparation, including drywall finishing, and applying coats of primer, paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine to complex surface preparation, including drywall finishing
• Apply coats of primer, paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces
• Assist with light carpentry and punch out as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in painting or a related trade
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $23.50 - $29.25 per hour, with a starting rate based on skills and experience.
