About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team at Phoenix Innovations. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the commissioning, testing, and maintenance of conventional and digital protection and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Commissioning and testing of protection and control systems to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards
• Independent troubleshooting and repair of protection and control systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Collaboration with project management and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
• Provision of technical training and support to colleagues and customers
• Travel for commissioning and maintenance activities in Germany and abroad

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering, technician, or master's degree (m/f/d)
• Experience in the electrical trade is advantageous (graduates are also considered)
• Experience with protection relays and control systems is beneficial
• Experience with testing equipment, such as Omicron CMC 356, is desirable
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications
• Fluent in English
