We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Malta, IL. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing support across various settings, including general education, resource classrooms, and self-contained environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement behavior strategies
  • Provide direct support to students in general education, resource, and self-contained classrooms
  • Monitor student progress and adjust behavior plans as needed
  • Train and support staff in the implementation of behavior interventions
  • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student behavior and progress

Requirements:

  • BCBA Certification
  • Previous experience working with students across K-12 grades preferred
  • Experience with behavior interventions and assessments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • If you do not have a PEL (Professional Educator License), that's okay
