Job Summary

CooperVision is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Associate to join our team at the CooperVision Distribution Center. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and supporting our customers with timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inventory searches and product location checks to ensure accuracy and availability
  • Organize and maintain picking locations to optimize product flow and FIFO requirements
  • Restock and put away products in a timely and efficient manner
  • Retrieve products for customer order shortages and resolve any issues promptly
  • Participate in monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform physical inventory and cycle counting
  • Experience in a receiving environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
