JROTC Instructor

We are currently seeking a qualified JROTC Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the Reserve Officer Training Corps program, while also maintaining a strong commitment to academic excellence and character development.

• Teach and mentor students in the JROTC program, emphasizing leadership, teamwork, and citizenship skills
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet state and national standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and curriculum updates

• Designated Subjects Teaching Credential with Reserve Officer Training Authorization
• USACC Certification and English Learner Authorization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
• Commitment to academic excellence and character development
