Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care to individuals with endocrine disorders, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and achieve patient goals.
- Assess patient response to interventions and adjust care plans as needed.
- Accept delegated nursing measures and perform tasks for which you are qualified and licensed.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in endocrinology care.
- Graduation from a nationally accredited licensed practical nursing program.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) LPN license.
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
