Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the ICU
  • Manage and supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Critical Care staff Registered Nurse
  • 2 years of management or Charge Nurse experience preferred
  • Current Texas Licensure with State Board of Nurse Examiners
  • Current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Current ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
  • NIHSS certification within 6 months of hire
