Job Title: Land Surveyor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team as a Party Chief. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in construction state-out, boundary surveys, and ALTA surveys.

Responsibilities:

• Lead survey teams in the field, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection
• Develop and implement survey plans, taking into account client requirements and project constraints
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure seamless integration of survey data into project designs
• Conduct site visits to gather data and inspect survey equipment
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including survey notes and data

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in surveying, with a focus on construction state-out, boundary surveys, and ALTA surveys
• Experience with robotic instruments and GPS is highly desirable
• A valid driver's license is required
