Seasonal Part-Time Snowplow Operators

The Town of Westford Highway Department is seeking qualified Snowplow Operators to drive town equipment on an as-needed, on-call, and seasonal basis for snow removal. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Class D driver's license and a good driving record. Prior plowing experience and familiarity with the streets of Westford are required. Compensation is paid as follows:

  • 1 to 2 years experience - $38.00/hour
  • 3 to 5 years experience - $40.00/hour
  • 5+ years of experience - $42.00/hour

After 12 hours of continuous plowing:

  • 1 to 2 years experience - $43.00/hour
  • 3 to 5 years experience - $45.00/hour
  • 5+ years of experience - $47.00/hour
