Job Opportunity: Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at Work Now Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform light maintenance on machines, including changing valves and unclogging hoses
  • Remove and install parts on production equipment
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment to prevent downtime
  • Paint walls in high-traffic areas as needed
  • Ensure sinks, toilets, and lighting are functioning properly
  • Use a sit-down forklift as needed to transport materials

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance role
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable working in a dirty environment and lifting 50lbs or more
  • Sit-down forklift experience
