Job Summary

As a Quality Inspector at BMP Medical, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform start-up inspections, in-process inspections, and inspections per the Quality Plan or CSD to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Assist in the coordination of non-conforming products and place them on hold if required.
  • Communicate with team members about quality concerns and potential non-conformances to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Verify that in-process inspection and line clearance are being performed to maintain quality control.
  • Verify that manufacturing and quality-related records are being maintained accurately following Good Documentation Practices.
  • Use micrometers, verniers, pin gauges, and other analytical instruments to inspect products and ensure quality.
  • Communicate requirements to fellow inspectors to maintain consistency for all shifts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the quality team.
