Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire and motivate the team, ensuring a superior customer experience and effective operational performance.
  • Assist in managing all facets of retail operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Drive the execution of company strategies to surpass sales and profitability objectives.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail management.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
