Job Title: Client Success Representative

AnovaWorks PLLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support lead generation efforts and partner with the marketing director to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage CRM and related software tools to ensure seamless client communication and data analysis.
  • Upsell and work with existing clients to fully leverage AnovaWorks' mobile screening services.
  • Assist with marketing efforts to internal clients and external leads, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and overall satisfaction.
  • Manage new client onboarding processes to ensure clients understand how to maximize AnovaWorks' services.
  • Design, refine, and manage value-added client communications, including educational tips, business news, and updates.
  • Act as a liaison between AnovaWorks and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
  • Review client complaints and concerns, seeking to improve the client experience and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work with clients to troubleshoot and solve conflicts related to AnovaWorks' services.
  • Coordinate and manage health and wellness fairs for membership clients, twice per year.
  • Attend conferences to build relationships with future clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Capture, track, and analyze client data using AnovaWorks' patient communication system and other technologies.
  • Provide weekly reports to the marketing director regarding issues and solutions.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 2+ years of customer service, client relations experience, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
