Speech Therapist Home Health Professional

We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our team at Medi Home Health Agency. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide services in speech pathology or audiology in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' level of functioning and develop plans of care in collaboration with physicians.
- Record and report clients' reactions to treatment and changes in their condition to physicians and clinical managers.
- Provide instruction and advice to clients, families, and other healthcare team members on speech pathology phases.
- Recommend hearing tests by audiologists when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in speech pathology.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Licensed as a Speech Therapist in the state of NC.
- Reliable transportation and company-required auto liability insurance.
