Restaurant Operations Manager

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at McDonald's, you will play a vital role in the success of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include leading internal functions, such as Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. You will also be responsible for effectively delegating tasks to team members and reporting back results. Additionally, you will directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas: Kitchen, People, and Service. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for helping and serving others, a commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace, and strong customer service and support focus.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead internal functions, including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
* Effectively delegate tasks to team members and report back results
* Directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas: Kitchen, People, and Service
* Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations of the restaurant

**Requirements:**

* HSD or GED preferred
* 1+ years' experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service
* Strong customer service and support focus
* Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
* Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
