Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced educator to plan, implement, and supervise targeted reading intervention lessons for a small group of students. The successful candidate will work closely with our clinical staff to develop an intensive instructional program tailored to meet the needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement targeted reading intervention lessons for small groups of students.
- Work closely with clinical staff to develop an intensive instructional program.
- Communicate with families regarding student progress.
- Have experience teaching elementary or middle-grade students with a focus on reading, writing, and spelling.
- Have knowledge about current assessment practices in reading, writing, and spelling.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Valid, current teaching certification.
- Reading Specialist endorsement or MEd in Reading Education preferred.
