Job Description
As a Host, you'll play a crucial role in setting the tone for our guests' experience. You'll be responsible for greeting guests, managing seating, and ensuring prompt service. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will make all the difference in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly • Manage seating and table assignments • Ensure prompt service and address any concerns guests may have • Collaborate with servers and other staff members to provide seamless service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds • Friendly and approachable demeanor • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
