About the Job

Roto-Rooter Services Company is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment on residential and commercial job sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, mini excavators, and other machinery on residential and commercial job sites.
  • Follow OSHA and Roto-Rooter safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work with a crew to complete excavation work, including loading, unloading, and securing equipment on transport trailers.
  • Interact with customers as needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain excavation equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Work in confined spaces and open trenches, following all safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Construction experience, including residential and commercial projects.
  • Current CDL Class A license.
  • Trenchless water, sewer, and gas experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to complete jobs within specified timelines.
