Athlete Ambassador

Retail Sales Representative:
We are looking for a talented and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our team in Tempe, AZ. As an Athlete, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining store visual displays.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position working 32-40 hours per week, including nights and weekends. You will work closely with your team to achieve sales goals, build relationships with customers, and operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
* Maintain store inventory levels, receiving shipments and stocking products as needed
* Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues promptly
* Participate in store events, contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Must be at least 18 years old (U.S.)
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and bend/stoop as needed
