**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead projects and mentor junior staff to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
* Apply your expertise in field data collection, engineering, and environmental design to shape innovative solutions
* Engage in region-specific work, tackling unique geotechnical challenges in different areas
* Manage projects, navigate complex regulations, and ensure compliance for efficient project completion

**Requirements:**

* B.S. in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering with P.E. registration (M.S. preferred) or a B.S. in Geology with R.G. registration (M.S. preferred)
* 10+ years of experience managing operations-related infrastructure design, permitting, and/or environmental compliance activities
* Strong working knowledge of federal environmental laws and regulations
* Hands-on experience collaborating with regulatory agency personnel at all levels
* Expertise building and supervising technical and administrative personnel
* Track-record of success in developing and executing business development strategies, including market/client intelligence, win themes, visitation schedules, client relationship management, and revenue generation
