Press Brake Operator

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team at EFP Staffing. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for operating a CNC Press Brake Machine to manufacture high-quality metal products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the CNC Press Brake Machine to produce metal parts
• Adjust machine programs as needed to ensure optimal performance
• Perform regular checks on output to ensure quality and accuracy
• Ensure finished products meet internal customer standards
• Respectfully perform additional operations as directed by supervisors
• May be cross-trained on other equipment or machines, or assist in training others
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machine(s)
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety regulations and company safety standards

Requirements:

• Current experience as a CNC Press Brake Operator required
• Familiarity with operating CNC Press Brake Machines, with Cincinnati Brake experience a plus
• Previous work experience in a Lean environment
• Strong mechanical and technical skills
• Ability to read and interpret print drawings
• Good math and problem-solving skills, with ability to add and subtract fractions
• Keen attention to detail
• Able to work with minimal supervision and follow directions
• Passionate and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
