Human Development Services of Westchester, Inc. is a community-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing vital services to vulnerable populations in New York State. We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Program Officer to join our executive management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program operations, excellent negotiation and critical thinking skills, and the ability to provide strategic vision and leadership. The Chief Program Officer will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations. Key responsibilities include developing and supporting a peer workforce, developing new recovery-oriented services, and maintaining revenue cycle management through Medicaid billing. The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with at least eight years of progressively responsible supervisory experience and a strong background in program operations. Experience working in various Medicaid billing environments is required. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, EHR/Microsoft Office proficiency, and be bi-lingual in English and Spanish. A valid driver's license and willingness to work outside of traditional business hours are also required.
