Behavioral Therapist

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting, providing 1:1 treatment and implementing treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA. You will also be responsible for tracking client progress and program data, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
- Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
- Track client progress and program data
- Understand and adhere to company's policy and procedures
- Observe confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment
- Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and part of a team
- Demonstrates strong organization skills and attention to detail
