Fertility Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Fertility Registered Nurse to join our team at Fertility Centers of Illinois, LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals and couples seeking fertility treatment.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, with a limited weekend rotation of up to four days per year. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ambulatory care and experience working with patients undergoing fertility treatments.

• Provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals and couples seeking fertility treatment.
• Work closely with physicians and staff to coordinate all aspects of patient care, including evaluation, OI/IUI, IVF, and early pregnancy.
• Collaborate with Third Party Reproduction Coordinators for cases where a donor or gestational carrier/surrogate is needed.
• Coordinate patient care with financial coordinators, insurance companies, pharmacies, physicians, staff, and others as necessary.
• Perform phlebotomy and process/send out labs as needed.
• Perform procedures within the RN scope of practice and company policies.
• Assist with other office duties as needed.

• Registered Nurse with current Illinois license in good standing. BSN preferred.
• Experience in 1-2 years in ambulatory care is a major plus.
• Current BLS/CPR and ACLS certification.
• Experience in infertility nursing preferred but not required.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time-management, customer service, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work well in a very fast-paced environment with a high patient volume, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and compassion.
